Soft Cells Account Manager


We are looking for an Account Manager for the contract market to be based in Singapore. We are offering you a unique chance to be part of one of most successful textile companies in the world and to become a member of the dynamic Global Architectural Support team at Kvadrat Soft Cells.

From day one you will be responsible for a significant client base. A training program alternating between our Asian headquarters in Shanghai, and our parent companies in Denmark and Poland will prepare you very efficiently.

Job description
Your job will be to strengthen and develop our Soft Cells business in the contract market through contact with architects, interior designers and selected end-user customers.

You will coorporate with renowned architects and interior designers, predominately in Singapore and obtain specifications of our products for different projects.

You will build and strengthen our end-user relations such as MNCs to secure as Softcells clients together with the contract sales manager.

You will be responsible for the entire Tendering process, controlling the DMU (Decision Making Unit) to ensure that the specifications from the architects will result in orders.

You will work with your personal internal back-up to ensure that information is registered in our CRM.

Finally, you need to meet the requirements of our Global Sales Indicators (number of meetings, projects, etc.).

Your profile
Quality driven and well organized in all decision making aspects

Honest, patient, open-minded and proactive, with a great passion for work

Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal or external clients

Can work independently under stress, but also a good team player

Have good sense of quality, aesthetics and design

Passion for art or design is a plus

Qualifications and knowledge required
Full-time bachelor degree or above

Above 2 years’ sales position in an international company with an impressive sales track records

Knowledge and understanding of the construction process, from sales to execution

Commercially minded, with sales and business development mindset

Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and writing. (Mandarin is a big plus)

Particular experience in building materials, components, as well as end user experience will be seen as an advantage

A strong network within the architecture and design industry in Singapore is an advantage as well
