We are looking for a technically skilled E-commerce Specialist for our Digital team based in Ebeltoft or Copenhagen.  


 

About the job 

As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our B2B online sales channels to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and IT, to develop and execute strategies that maximise online sales, increase website traffic, and improve user engagement. Your expertise in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and data analysis will be critical in achieving our business goals. 

Your main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:  

  • Drive traffic and lead generation by continuously optimising and expanding the reach of Kvadrat’s e-commerce solutions. 

  • Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform on a daily basis, ensuring product listings and related content is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the e-commerce platform's functionality and user experience. 

  • Participate and contribute to larger digital development projects related to e-commerce. 

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and SEO/SEM optimisation. 

  • Continuously improve the user experience on the e-commerce platforms by optimising site navigation, search and design. 

  • Implement best practices for mobile responsiveness and site speed to reduce bounce rates and increase customer retention. 

  • Analyse e-commerce performance data, generate reports, and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs. 

  • Utilise data to identify trends, customer behaviour, and opportunities for improvement. 
     


Your profile 

We are looking for a new colleague who is data-driven and analytical. You are motivated by and have a natural interest and flair for the newest technical solutions. As a person, you are positive, problem-solving, and ready to take responsibility while being a great team player.  

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree within a relevant field of study, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.  

You have a natural sense and interest in building and maintaining the most effective technical solutions. You also have experience working closely together with developers, and you can see digital solutions from a customer perspective. You are service-minded while you help your colleagues and customers with the guidance, development, optimisation, and maintenance of digital solutions.   

Some of your competencies include:  

  • Experience in managing an e-commerce platform, ideally within B2B 

  • UX optimisation to enhance the online experience and increase conversion  

  • Utilise personalisation to increase relevance and conversion rates 

  • Appropriated technical skills for digital tools and digital platforms  

  • Experience in driving traffic and generating leads 

  • Reporting digital performance 

  • Behavioural analysis / User journey mapping 

We expect you to have professional communication skills and be fluent in both oral and written English. Danish Language skills will be seen as an advantage but not a must.
