Senior Planning Process Specialist, Ebeltoft

Do you want to become part of our design company? Where we are focusing on quality and innovative solutions. We are looking for a Senior Planning Process Specialist who can translate end-to-end planning into improved and effective process and systems.

The Planning department is responsible for S&OP and tactical planning as well as demand and inventory planning across the Kvadrat brands. You will report to our Senior Manager, Planning Lise Elmstrøm Sørensen and work out of our headquarter in Ebeltoft.

About the position
Your main responsibility will be to continue improving the planning process and systems to ensure high product availability for our customers.

You will work to analyze current process and define improvements for the business based on needs and your analyses with focus on end-to-end planning. At the same time manage system changes in D365 for operational and tactical planning and SAP IBP for tactical to strategic planning.

The planning department is responsible for product availability, optimal inventory levels, balance forecast with production capacity on long and medium horizon. Your key tasks will include:

  • Map and maintain business process and secure transparency for the organization with key focus on simplicity.
  • Optimize the business process for planning from operational to strategic level as well as working across teams.
  • Act as the link between Planning, Supply Chain and IT and secure knowledge sharing between teams and in the Planning team
  • You will be Business process owner (BPO) for Planning and part of the BPO team in Kvadrat which is across teams in Kvadrat.
  • Define the roadmap for process and tools within Planning and Supply Chain incl. AI

You can expect up to 10 days of international travel per year in this position.

Qualifications and competencies
You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar.
You have experience with supply chain planning areas as production, warehouse or logistic as well as an understanding of ERP systems. In Kvadrat we use D365 as our ERP system and IBP for tactical to Strategic planning where it is an advantage if you have worked with D365 and/or SAP IBP but it’s not a must.

You have strong communication skills and experience from running, facilitating, and working with continues improvement processes as well as system improvements.
You are proficient in English both written and spoken.

Navigating between strategic, tactical, and operational levels is not a problem to you, and you work in a proactive and solution-oriented matter – always with a focus on quality optimization for both your own team but also for the whole company.
