At the refurbished UK headquarters of CBRE, a Kvadrat Acoustics solution and Kvadrat textiles contribute towards the realising a blueprint for future office design. They feature throughout the historic building, which has earned an excellent BREEAM rating.

The specification of the Kvadrat Acoustics solution reflects that the promotion of wellbeing and human-centred design is central to the interior concept. It comprises Kvadrat Acoustics Soft Cells Broadline panels and Soft Cells Baffles on ceilings and Soft Cells Tracks on walls. The acoustic panels are covered with the textiles Divina Mélange, Sunniva and Basel.

Furthermore, diverse furniture at the HQ is upholstered with Avalon, Field, Basel and Sonar. Complementing these textiles, curtains crafted from Haze and Divina Mélange further enliven the interior by adding extra dimensions of texture and colour.

The headquarters integrates a variety of smart technologies and different workspaces across five floors, including meeting, breakout, and collaboration areas and quiet zones – spaces that allow employees to choose how they work in line with hybrid and agile working practices. In addition, a visible central rotunda promotes ease of movement throughout the floors.

Henrietta House, the name of the building that hosts the HQ, recognises CBRE’s ESG strategy. The HQ is submitting to become WELL Certified Platinum, the highest rating level in the WELL Building Standard.
