Unintended Beauty by Alastair Philip Wiper
Kvadrat is proud to present Unintended Beauty, an exploration of the accidental aesthetics of industry and science by British photographer Alastair Philip Wiper. Alastair’s signature is defined by a unique understanding of lines and symmetry, colour and contrast, often combined with dark humour.
The exhibition examines contemporary manufacturing sites, from those that are linked to material production, including some of Kvadrat's textile mills, to particle beams that collide at the heart of the ATLAS detector at CERN - or even to food at the slaughterhouses of the Danish Crown company.
