Q: What is it like working at Kvadrat?

Kvadrat gives us the freedom to chart our own course within our organization, and they are always open to innovations and new ideas. Change is always possible, which means that we can realize our potential and take it one step further. We always consider that there might be a better way. Kvadrat also reveals the potential of the team, believes in you with patience, and supports creativity and thinking outside of the box.

Q: What made you want to work at Kvadrat?

I had my job interview at a beautiful Kvadrat showroom, and as a textile engineer was immediately enchanted by the Kvadrat products. To this day when I go to a restaurant, cafe, hotel, store, or hospital, and I see a great design made with Kvadrat products. I think: “Kvadrat products made those designs beautiful” and it makes me very proud that I am part of it and helped make it happen.

Q: What are you most proud of accomplishing?

It makes me proud that we provide our customers with great quality products and the best service.  And then seeing our clients being happy and coming back to request more products for their designs.

It also makes me happy to really feel the Kvadrat Family spirit and knowing that I am part of providing the best designed product with the best team all around the world.

Q: How do you connect with your global/international colleagues?

In the digitalized world, we can now all be much closer and reach each other all through the organization. In this way, we always maintain our team spirit with our colleagues from all over the world so that we can move forward and row in the boat in the same direction.
