We are looking for a new Sales Manager to support our A&E business in Melbourne.

Your goals will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat’s position and visibility in the local contract market, through contact with renowned architects, interior designers, furniture dealers and contractors.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and large end-users to promote and specify our full brand portfolio.
  • Develop and manage a robust project portfolio to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and coordinate projects involving stakeholders at both local and international levels.
  • Identify and manage key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle to secure specifications and close orders.
  • Act as a trusted project and account manager, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Establish collaborations with industry partners and influencers to increase brand visibility.
  • Representation at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to showcase products and build relationships.
  • Educate clients and partners about product applications and technical specifications.

Your profile:

  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Proven commercial intelligence and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent project management skills, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and multitasking capabilities.
  • An excellent understanding of quality, aesthetics, and design.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, leveraging tools and experts as needed.
  • Awareness of sustainability and industry principles and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience engaging and managing a variety of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
