Textile designers, Mathilde Aggebo and Julie Henriksen have worked in partnership since studying at the Danish Design School in 1991. They have worked on many interior design projects, exhibitions and products together.

Amongst their significant commissions are the curtains for the Queen’s Hall in Diamanten, the new annexe of The Royal Danish Library in Copenhagen and the signage for the new Royal Danish Playhouse and Copenhagen Business School.

A recurring method in their work is to work in great detail and then magnify the result many times over. Good design, they say, is; “like an intriguing riddle. It’s about being able to see something everyday, and crafting it to become unique.”
