Consultant, People Development, Ebeltoft

We are looking for a People Development Consultant to join our team at our headquarters in Ebeltoft. Our office is located in beautiful natural surroundings in Ebeltoft, a 45 min. drive from Aarhus.
Job description
You will be responsible for our recruitments and onboarding within the Kvadrat organization, learning initiatives, and training administration.
Some of your key responsibilities will be:
- Recruitment. You will be responsible for the recruitment process and platform in Kvadrat. This means supporting managers with the process and sparring with other People colleagues in the organization outside Denmark.
- Onboarding. You will be supporting managers with the onboarding process for new employees. This means providing relevant materials, tools and sparring.
- Newcomers Academies. You will plan and facilitate onboarding Academies in Kvadrat HQ (Ebeltoft). We facilitate Newcomers Academies for new colleagues – some are online, and some are onsite here in Kvadrat Ebeltoft. You will be the host of these Academies
- Academy support. You will coordinate practicalities and content around internal learning training programs (Kvadrat Academy – both online and onsite). You will be the go-to link between our participants, internal trainers, and external stakeholders (external teachers, hotels, restaurants etc.).
- Employee Engagement. Together with other colleagues in People Development, you will prepare our annual employee survey and support managers during and after the survey.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has a BA or master’s degree within learning, business or communication. You have good relational and social capabilities and can collaborate with people at all organizational levels from employees to Senior Management.
You are a great communicator and have strong Danish oral and written skills. English is our corporate language, and we expect you to be able to communicate fluently in both oral and written English as well.
As a person, you are organized, analytical, service-minded, and detail-oriented. You have an interest in learning and communication and your approach is proactive and independent.
Ideally you have experience with recruitment, onboarding processes, facilitation of workshops and training (host own Academies), training administration (support Academies) and coordination of events. But this is not a requirement.
