Supply Planner, Ebeltoft

We are looking for a Supply Planner for our headquarters in Ebeltoft.
Hands on planning and functional process development
It is a global role with accountability for driving the supply planning process to the next level and secure monthly process are running for one of our product categories.
Your role will be developing overtime as we are getting more mature in planning within the product category. You should secure that all stakeholders are informed and work in the same direction.
As Supply Planner you are accountable for planning governance towards regions and helping the organisation to understand the importance of planning in advance. You will work with continuous improvements to constantly advance the planning process and secure we are running towards a more digital
Some of your main accountabilities will be:
- Responsible for the translating of the monthly forecast and/or Sales orders to an executable supply plan and secure the execution of the plan (release production orders) plus creation of purchase orders
- Secure that we always improve our process and see the next level within Planning
- Responsible for the inventory levels and secure the right mix on stock within your area of responsibility
- Facilitate the supply plan review meetings and secure we keep the meetings as decision meeting
- Securing master-data for the supply planning area incl. cost calculations
- Manage products phase in and out together with production and business development
You can expect up to 5 days of travel per year in this position.
Strong analytical mindset and value chain capabilities
You are a responsible team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Your analytical mindset and attention to details, give you the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You have a strong value chain mindset and an appetite for improvements and creating results.
Furthermore, we envision that you:
- Hold a Bachelor or master’s in supply chain management or equivalent within a relevant field of study
- Have experience working in a planning function with a full value chain perspective
- Have solid experience with ERP systems (preferably D365)
- Excel super user
- Can Navigate between tactical and operational levels
- Are fluent in English
