Kvadrat Group Whistleblower Hotline

In the Kvadrat Group, we always aim to be a responsible and ethical business.

To ensure an open and transparent workplace and corporate culture, the Kvadrat Group Whistleblower Hotline offers employees and external individuals with work-related knowledge of Kvadrat to report serious concerns and/or suspicions securely, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The Whistleblower Hotline is a safe and confidential platform where the Whistleblower can report illegal or unethical activities without fearing repercussions. It is important to notice that the Whistleblower Hotline is only intended for serious irregularities or suspicions, including breaches of laws or ethical standards by Kvadrat or Kvadrat employees.

Any report is first screened by external lawfirm Dahl Advokatpartnerselskab, ensuring no members of the Kvadrat Whistleblower unit are involved, before being forwarded to the internal whistleblower unit spearheaded by the Head of Legal & Compliance in Kvadrat.

Protection of the identity of the Whistleblower

The identity of the person creating a report using the Kvadrat Group Whistleblower Hotline will always be handled confidentially, and never be disclosed to the reported person unless specifically required by law or court order.

Providing your name together with the report, will allow the investigation to reach out to you for follow-up questions if necessary, improving the chances of a thorough investigation.

If the Whistleblower requires, it is however also possible to create a report while being totally anonymous, by ensuring the following steps are followed:

• Please ensure the report is not created using a device provided by Kvadrat for work-related purposes (phone, tablet, computer).
• Please ensure the report is not created while your device is connected to a Kvadrat Group network or wi-fi.
• Access the Whistleblower Hotline by copying/typing the URL directly into the internet browser of your device, and not by pressing the link on the Kvadrat Website.
• Please ensure that nothing in the report or the attachments contains information which could be used for identification.

Be advised that while your identity will be protected as described above, Kvadrat cannot guarantee that nobody will be able to deduct your identity based on the circumstances of the case.
