Salone del Mobile 2024

On the occasion of Salone del Mobile, we invite you to immerse yourself
in #coloureffects – an installation by Margrethe Odgaard exploring the
sensory and emotional impact of colours.

#coloureffects showcases Margrethe’s new textiles Re-wool 2 and Azure
Outdoor, as well as Serpentine, an intriguing woollen upholstery textile
by Giulio Ridolfo. Our new rugs Corde by Ronan Bouroullec, Echo by Jos
Klarenbeek, and Yield, will also be on view alongside our new residential
curtains Tonight and Today.

Our high-end residential showroom will give stage to our new Sahco
2024 collection of upholstery textiles and draperies.

The #coloureffects is an exploratory colour-setting method designed by Margrethe Odgaard.
Through this method, Margrethe Odgaard aims to offer architects and designers a medium to articulate their individual perceptions of colours, exploring the reasons behind them as well as their interactions.

Serpentine by Giulio Ridolfo

Serpentine is a voluminous woollen upholstery, designed by colour master Giulio Ridolfo, which reflects the material heritage of Kvadrat with a contemporary twist. Its construction combines classic craftsmanship with modern techniques to create dynamic colour interactions and a distinctive tactility.

Today

Today is a semi-transparent plain weave curtain textile with a light and gentle character. It is crafted from a twisted, spun polyester yarn by Trevira CS eco, which is flame-retardant and derived from 100% recycled post-production waste. Its cotton-like structure evokes a natural look and feel.
